Delete your leaderboard, friends and battle data

Quietune has no accounts. Leaderboards, friends and battles use an anonymous identity for your phone, so the fastest way is to delete in the app.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open Quietune → Settings → “Leaderboard & friends data” → confirm with “Delete my scores and nickname”.
You can also do it from any song's “Leaderboard” → “Mine”.
An internet connection is needed. It works even if the features have been switched off.

Your handle, nickname, all scores (including those under review), friend and block lists, and unused friend codes. They disappear from all leaderboards and friend lists at once.
They are permanently deleted from the server after 30 days; backups are kept for at most 14 more days, so everything is gone within 44 days.
Masked activity logs are kept as described in the privacy policy (the record of your “delete my data” request is kept for 3 years, to show that we deleted your data as you asked). They do not contain your full nickname, your IP address or any contact details.

iPhone: reinstalling Quietune usually brings back the same identity (the Keychain keeps it); then delete as above.
If you still have the old phone: delete from it as described above. To keep your data and move it to a new phone instead, use Settings → “Leaderboard & friends data” → “Move to a new phone”.
Otherwise: email info@autoit.studio with the subject “Delete my leaderboard data” and include what you remember: your handle (for example “Calm Viola 482”), nickname, roughly when, and which songs you played with what scores. No account is needed, and you don't need to give your name or any other personal information.
We will find and delete the data and reply within 7 days. Because there are no accounts, we can only search with the details you give us; if we can't find anything, we will tell you. To stop people from deleting someone else's data, we may ask for more details.
You can also do nothing: identities not used for 18 months are deleted automatically.
