靜練是一款音樂練習輔助 App，提供調音器、節拍器、練習隔離與練習紀錄功能。本頁說明我們如何處理你的資料。
一句話版本：我們不會收到也不會保存你的練習紀錄或任何個人內容，也沒有帳號系統。你的麥克風聲音只在你的手機上即時判斷音高，不上傳、不送給任何 AI；只有你在遊戲打開「錄下這次練習」時才會錄音，錄音也只存在你的手機上，要不要分享由你自己決定（詳見下方「練習錄音」）；練習紀錄留在你的裝置上。App 會在啟動與回到前景時向我們的版本設定伺服器發出簡單查詢，開啟時也會下載開場歡迎頁的內容（詳見下方「版本檢查」「開場歡迎頁」說明）；只有你在「功能建議」主動送出時，我們才會收到你寫的內容與你的 Email；使用「同步合奏」時，我們的伺服器會暫時保存你的暱稱與分部，房間關閉就刪除（詳見下方「同步合奏」說明）；只有你自己開啟「AI 讀譜」並按下開始時，你選的樂譜照片才會用你自己的金鑰，從手機直接送到 Google Gemini 辨識，不經過我們的伺服器（詳見下方「AI 讀譜」說明）；你的聲音與練習紀錄仍然不會送給任何 AI；目前版本不顯示廣告，只使用第三方當機回報服務，它會依自己的政策收集必要的診斷資料。
調音器與音樂遊戲需要使用麥克風來判斷你演奏的音高。這些聲音只在你的裝置上即時運算：
你可以隨時在系統設定中撤銷麥克風權限；撤銷後調音器將無法運作，其他功能不受影響。
音樂遊戲的選曲頁有「錄下這次練習」開關，預設關閉。打開後，遊戲用同一路麥克風判斷音高的同時，把這一局存成錄音檔（AAC，約每分鐘 0.5 MB）：
EN (from 1.5.0): The game's "Record this practice" switch is off by default. When on, the same microphone input used for pitch detection is saved as an audio file (AAC, about 0.5 MB per minute) only on your phone (in the app's own folder, excluded from iCloud/Google backups); we never receive it and it is never uploaded or sent to any AI. You can play or delete recordings on the result page or under Log → Practice recordings; deleted recordings stay in "Recently deleted" for 30 days (restorable) and are then removed, or you can delete them permanently right away. Up to 50 recordings or 300 MB are kept. A recording (or a short video made from your score card) leaves your phone only when you tap Share and pick a target in the system share sheet; we don't know where you share it. The app keeps only an on-device log of events such as recording started, finished, deleted or shared — never the audio itself.
「練習模式」需要「通知存取權」才能在你練習期間開啟勿擾。我們只用它來開啟與關閉勿擾狀態，不會讀取、儲存或傳送你的任何通知內容。結束練習或關閉 App 時會自動還原你原本的設定。
強制停止的限制：若你在系統設定裡對靜練按「強制停止」，勿擾會維持在開啟狀態，直到你重新打開靜練，或自行從手機的快速設定手動關閉——這是 Android 系統的限制，並非我們刻意讓勿擾持續開著。
靜練在 iPhone 上不會、也無法直接幫你開關勿擾或飛航模式，這是 iOS 系統的限制。我們改為在 App 內引導你自行設定「個人自動化」捷徑：開啟靜練時，iOS 依你設定的捷徑自動開啟勿擾；關閉靜練時自動關閉還原。這個開關動作是 iOS 系統依你的捷徑設定執行，靜練這個 App 本身無法在背後直接操控你的勿擾或飛航設定。
如果你另外允許「專注模式狀態」權限，靜練只會在畫面上顯示目前勿擾是否開啟，讀到的狀態只留在你的裝置上，不會被記錄或上傳；未允許或裝置系統版本太舊時，畫面會顯示「未知」，不影響其他功能。
練習時長、日期與使用的樂器等紀錄只儲存在你的裝置本機。我們沒有帳號系統，也不做雲端同步，因此這些資料不會離開你的手機。解除安裝 App 即一併刪除。
為了維持 App 免費並確保穩定性，我們使用以下服務。它們各自有獨立的隱私權政策：

目前版本不顯示廣告，所以也不會出現廣告同意選項。日後若開始顯示廣告，我們會先更新本政策；屆時歐洲經濟區與英國的使用者，首次開啟 App 時會看到廣告個人化的同意選項，可以自由選擇並隨時在設定中變更。
App 啟動與回到前景時，會向 quietune.autoit.studio 讀取版本設定，確認你使用的版本是否仍受支援。這個網站的伺服器存取紀錄會留下你的 IP 位址、瀏覽器／裝置的 User-Agent 字串與存取時間，僅用於網站維運與異常排查，不會用來識別你的身分或與其他資料串接。
EN: On launch and when returning to the foreground, the app checks a version-configuration file hosted at quietune.autoit.studio to confirm your version is still supported. That server's access logs record your IP address, browser/device User-Agent string, and access time — used only for site maintenance and troubleshooting, never to identify you or linked with other data. The current version shows no ads, so no ad-consent prompt appears.
開啟 App 時，可能會先出現一張歡迎卡，介紹樂團演出、招生等社群活動或贊助內容；推廣內容一律標示「社群活動」「贊助」等字樣，一打開就能略過。App 會在背景從 quietune.autoit.studio 下載歡迎卡的文字與圖片，下載時不送出任何識別碼。哪一則看過、按過「不再顯示這則」只記在你的手機上，不會上傳。
你按下歡迎卡的按鈕時，會先經過我們的轉址連結（quietune.autoit.studio/go/…）再開啟活動網頁。我們只從伺服器存取紀錄統計每一則每天被點了幾次，不記錄是誰點的、不建立個人資料；存取紀錄本身（含 IP 位址、User-Agent 與時間）與「版本檢查」相同，只用於網站維運並依網站的保存期限輪替刪除。
EN: When you open the app, a welcome card about community events (concerts, recruitment) or sponsored content may appear first; promotional content is always labeled and can be skipped immediately. The app downloads the card text and image from quietune.autoit.studio in the background without sending any identifier. Which cards you have seen or hidden is stored only on your device. Tapping the card's button goes through our redirect link (quietune.autoit.studio/go/…); we only count the total number of taps per card per day from server access logs and never track who tapped. Those access logs (IP address, User-Agent, time) are handled the same way as for version checks.
在 App 的「設定 → 功能建議」裡，你可以寫下想要的功能或遇到的問題並按送出。只有你按下送出時，App 才會把以下資料傳到我們的收件服務：你寫的內容與類型、你的 Email、App 版本、平台（Android／iOS）、系統版本、App 語言、手機的地區設定。不會送出裝置識別碼、手機型號、練習紀錄或錄音。
Email 是使用這項功能時必填的，用途只有兩個：寄一封含 6 位數驗證碼的信確認是你本人的信箱（避免亂填），以及回覆你這則建議；不會用來寄送行銷訊息、也不會提供給他人。驗證碼信由我們的寄信服務商 Resend 代寄。驗證碼只以雜湊保存、10 分鐘後失效；驗證過的 Email 會在你的手機上記住（伺服器只保存一組驗證憑證的雜湊，180 天有效），下次送建議不必再驗。
你送出的建議與 Email 會一直保存，用於回覆你與規劃 App 的改進，直到你要求刪除為止。想刪除，請用送出時的 Email 來信 info@autoit.studio，告知大約的送出時間，我們會刪除。為了防止灌水，伺服器只保存「連線位址加上每天更換的隨機值」計算出的雜湊來計算送出與寄信次數，不保存你的 IP 位址，隔天就無法回推；與其他網站連線一樣，伺服器存取紀錄會依「版本檢查」所述方式處理。
EN: In Settings → Suggestions you can send us an idea or a problem report. Only when you tap Send does the app transmit your text and its type, your email address, app version, platform, OS version, app language and your phone's region setting — never a device identifier, device model, practice log or recordings. Email is required to use this feature and is used only to send you a 6-digit verification code (so we know the address is really yours) and to reply to your message; never for marketing and never shared. Verification emails are sent by our email provider Resend. Codes are stored only as hashes and expire after 10 minutes; a verified address is remembered on your phone (the server keeps only a hash of a verification token, valid for 180 days). Your messages and email are kept to reply to you and plan improvements until you ask us to delete them — email info@autoit.studio from the same address. To limit abuse the server keeps only a hash of your connection address combined with a value that changes daily — your IP address is not stored.
「同步合奏」讓同一個空間的人（一間最多約 60 人）用房號或 QR 碼加入同一個房間。團長按開始後，大家手機上的樂譜一起捲動。這個功能只同步顯示、不評分，合奏時不開麥克風，沒有任何聲音離開你的手機。
只用暱稱，不用真名。加入時只要輸入一個暱稱（最多 12 個字），畫面會提醒你不要用真實姓名。沒有帳號、不用註冊，也不需要 Email 或電話。房間裡沒有聊天、私訊或圖片，其他人只看得到你的暱稱和你選的分部。
我們的伺服器會保存：
不保存：帳號、真實姓名、Email、位置、錄音、成績、完整的 IP 位址、樂譜檔案。
保存多久：
只留在你手機上的：上次用的暱稱（下次自動帶入）、你記住的團、一筆「合奏」練習紀錄（日期、曲名、分部、時間長度，可以在設定裡關掉），以及只記你自己開房、加入、開始、離開的本機紀錄。這些都不會上傳。
掃 QR 加入：QR 碼是一個 quietune.autoit.studio/j/房號 的網址，用手機內建的相機掃就能打開靜練。靜練本身不使用相機，這個功能也不需要新的權限。
合奏資料只用於讓這個功能運作，不分享、不販售，不用於廣告或追蹤，傳輸全程加密（HTTPS）。
EN: Ensemble lets people in the same room (up to about 60 per room) join one room by code or QR code; when the leader starts, everyone's score scrolls in sync. It only syncs the display and never scores; the microphone stays off and no audio leaves your phone. Nicknames only (up to 12 characters; the app reminds you not to use your real name), no account, no email or phone number, no chat, private messages or images; others in the room see only your nickname and your part. Our server keeps: the room code, song code, title, number of measures, tempo and playback state (for an imported score, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file, never the file itself); each member's nickname, part, readiness, song-match and clock-sync status, and the hash of a random code used only for that room (not a device identifier); for an optional saved group, its name, code and a hashed random code; and an activity log (time, room, action, result) in which the nickname keeps only its first character, the random code only 8 characters and the IP address only its first part (IPv4 first three numbers, IPv6 first 48 bits), plus app version and platform. Wrong-code attempts are counted using a hash of your connection address with a value that changes daily; your IP address is not stored. When the leader ends the room or leaves, the room and all nicknames are deleted immediately; otherwise rooms are deleted 3 hours after the last activity (cleanup runs hourly). Members who leave or are removed are deleted at once. Groups are deleted by the leader or after 90 days without use. The masked activity log is kept for 90 days. Web server access logs are handled as described under version checks. Stored only on your phone: your last nickname, saved groups, an "Ensemble" practice-log entry (can be turned off in Settings) and a local record of your own actions. QR codes are links to quietune.autoit.studio/j/… opened with your phone's own camera app; Quietune itself does not use the camera and this feature needs no new permissions. Ensemble data is used only to run the feature, never shared or sold, never used for ads or tracking, and always sent encrypted (HTTPS).
「AI 讀譜」可以把樂譜照片（或 PDF）變成練習用的曲子。這個功能預設關閉，要你自己到「設定 → AI 讀譜」看過說明並同意、再貼上你自己向 Google AI Studio 申請的金鑰（API key），才會開始使用。目前只提供 Google Gemini 這一家。
你的聲音、練習錄音、練習紀錄、匯入的樂譜檔與合奏資料，都不會送給任何人工智慧服務。
EN (from 1.5.2): "AI score reading" is off by default. Only after you agree to the notice in Settings → AI score reading and paste your own API key from Google AI Studio does the app send the sheet-music photos you pick, when you tap Start, directly from your phone to Google Gemini (Google), the only AI service offered. Photos and keys never pass through our servers; we can't see or store them. Google processes and keeps the photos under its own terms and privacy policy (Gemini API terms, Google Privacy Policy, also linked in the app); on the Gemini free tier Google may use submitted content to improve its products and AI models and may have it reviewed by humans. Any charges go to your own Google account. Your key is stored only in your phone's secure storage, never backed up or uploaded, and never appears in crash reports or logs. Recognised pieces stay on your phone; AI can make mistakes, so check them against the original before saving. A local usage log (consent, model, tokens, time) and a content-free diagnostics log (timings, status and error codes) stay on your phone and never contain photos, results or keys. Please cover or leave out any handwritten names or personal details. You must be 18 or older to use AI score reading. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings; your key is then deleted from your phone. Your audio, practice recordings, practice log, imported score files and ensemble data are never sent to any AI service.
本 App 並非以兒童為主要對象。我們不會刻意收集未滿 13 歲兒童的個人資料。「AI 讀譜」需年滿 18 歲才能使用。若你認為孩子在未經同意下提供了資料給我們，請來信告知，我們會協助處理。
同步合奏與兒童：老師常會帶學生一起用合奏，所以這個功能設計成不需要能認出孩子身分的資料：只有暱稱，畫面會提醒不要用真名；沒有聊天、私訊或圖片，房間裡只看得到暱稱和分部；房間關閉後暱稱就刪除。因此使用這個功能不需要另外的家長同意。建議老師請學生用綽號或座號當暱稱。團長或副手可以把不適當的暱稱改成「團員 12」這樣的編號、把人移出房間，或「鎖門」不讓新的人加入；暱稱命中常見的不雅字時，App 會請使用者換一個。
EN: Ensemble is often used by teachers with students, so it needs no information that identifies a child: nicknames only (with a reminder not to use real names), no chat, private messages or images, only nicknames and parts are visible in the room, and nicknames are deleted when the room closes. No separate parental consent is needed for this feature. We suggest students use a nickname or seat number. The leader or deputy can replace an unsuitable nickname with a number (such as "Member 12"), remove someone from the room, or lock the room to new members; common offensive words are rejected when a nickname is entered.
我們不會收到也不會保存你的練習紀錄。可能保存在我們伺服器上、由你提供的資料，是你在「功能建議」主動送出的內容與 Email，以及使用「同步合奏」時的暱稱與分部（房間關閉就自動刪除，遮罩過的操作紀錄 90 天後刪除）。你可以：
